摘要
按照大赛规程要求,节气门后安装的限流阀造成发动机与原机自带ECU不匹配导致发动机无法正常工作。针对此问题,我们重新设计了赛车的发动机电子控制系统,提出了标定匹配控制策略,通过试验发现我们选用的MoTeC_M84型号EUC作为发动机核心控制器并经过标定使赛车在发动机输出功率和扭矩方面有了明显提升,动力性得到提高,完全能够满足比赛要求。
According to the requirements of the competition regulations,the restriction valve installed behind the throttle causes the engine and the ECU of the original engine to be mismatched,resulting in the engine unable to work normally.To solve this problem,we redesigned the engine electronic control system of the racing car,put forward the calibration matching control strategy,and found the MOTEC we selected through the test_As the core controller of the engine,M84 EUC has been calibrated to improve the output power and torque of the engine,improve the power performance,and fully meet the requirements of the competition.
