This paper explained how to choose the best supplier in terms of its technology,cost and quality to participate in the development of new products of auto parts by the flow chart display and real implementation process analysis.And revealed the selection process of supplier based on the best technical solution,cost and quality during the period of auto parts development by an example of new clamp.
