青年教师教学能力立体评价体系的构建

摘要 目的通过对青年教师教学能力的评价来推动教学改革、保障本科教学质量。方法通过查阅文献、访谈等多种方法构建各级评价指标,然后采用德尔菲法、专家排序法和经验法等分配各指标权重。结果形成了包括师德评价、学生评教、同行共同体评价、教师自主评价四部分的立体评价体系。结论教学能力评价体系是一个不断发展、完善和校准的过程,也是一项复杂而庞大的工程,规范严谨的操作和相应的制度保障也是必不可少的环节。 Objective To advance teaching reform and assure undergraduate teaching quality by the evaluation of young teachers’teaching ability.Methods The evaluation indexes at all levels were constructed by literature review,interviews and other methods,and then the weight of each index was assigned by using Delphi method,Expert Ranking method and Empirical method.Results A stereoscopic evaluation system was formed that included four parts of teacher moral evaluation,student evaluation of teaching,peer community evaluation,and teacher self-evaluation.Conclusion Teaching ability evaluation system is a process of continuous development,improvement and calibration,and also a complex and huge project.Standardized and rigorous operation and corresponding system assurance are also indispensable links.
