宁夏回族人群VKORC1基因rs9923231位点基因型分布频率的研究

摘要 目的通过研究宁夏回族人群维生素K环氧化物还原酶复合体亚单位l(VKORC1)基因rs9923231位点基因型的分布频率及与其他民族之间的差异,为宁夏回族人群实施华法林个体化用药提供分子遗传学依据。方法利用测序法对rs9923231位点进行基因型测定,统计分析各基因型分布频率,并与其他多个民族的该基因型分布进行比较。结果rs9923231位点在宁夏回族中有三种基因型CC、CT和TT,分布频率分别为0.7%、27.3%和72.0%;等位基因C的频率为14.3%,等位基因T的频率为85.7%。与多个地区的分布频率相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宁夏地区回族人群中VKORC1基因rs9923231位点基因型分布频率有自己的特点,可为华法林在宁夏回族人群的合理使用提供循证医学依据。 Objective To determine the frequencies of rs9923231 in VKORC1,warfarin related genes in Ningxia Hui ethnicity,in order to guide the clinical rational warfarin use.Methods VKORC1 rs9923231 was genotyped by sequencing method in 304 cases of Ningxia Hui population.The frequencies of genotypes were analyzed statistically and compared with those of other ethnic groups.Results There were three genotypes in rs9923231,CC,CT and TT,the frequencies were 0.7%,27.3%and 72.0%separately,the allelic frequencies C and T were 14.3%and 85.7%.The distribution frequency was found statistical difference compared with many regions and countries(P<0.05).Conclusion The distribution frequency of VKORC1 rs9923231 genotype in Ningxia Hui population has its own characteristics,which can provide evidence-based medicine basis for the rational use of warfarin in Ningxia Hui population.
