宁夏地区45例新型冠状病毒肺炎各型临床分析及治疗要点

Clinical Characteristics and Treatments of 45 COVID-19 Patients in Ningxia

目的了解宁夏新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床分型及治疗要点。方法回顾宁夏第四人民医院2020年1月24日至2020年2月8日45例COVID-19患者的临床症状、实验室检查及影像学资料,总结分析COVID-19各型的特点及治疗方案。结果COVID-19分为轻型、普通型、重型、危重型。各型临床症状、实验室检查、胸部CT表现有各自特点。轻型患者仅表现为低热、轻微乏力等,无肺炎表现;普通病例的病程约为2周;重症病例在病程的第1周病情较重,通过治疗在第2周症状及肺部病变有所减轻。儿童病例症状相对较轻。治疗以中西医结合抗病毒方案为主。结论宁夏地区45例COVID-19患者的临床分型、治疗周期与病情不同,中西医结合治疗有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical classification and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)in Ningxia.Methods The clinical symptoms,laboratory tests and imaging data of 45 patients with COVID-19 from January 24,2020 to February 8,2020 in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Ningxia were collected and analyzed.Results Novel coronavirus pneumonia was classified as light type,common type,severe type and critical type.Each type in clinical symptoms,laboratory examination,chest CT findings had its own characteristics.Clinical observation results of new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)showed low fever and slight fatigue without pneumonia in light type,two-week course in common type,severe state appeared in the first week of severe type which were become attenuated after 2 weeks of treatment.The symptoms in children cases were lower than those in adults.Combination of traditional Chinese medicine with anti-virus western medicine was adopted to treat the COVID-19 patients.Conclusion The clinical classification and characteristics of 45 COVID-19 patients in Ningxia are different,for whom combination of traditional Chinese medicine with anti-virus western medicine shows effectiveness.
