温病祛湿方是温病中以祛湿为主要治法的一类方剂,结合方剂的辨治特点与方证对应原则,以温病祛湿大法命名,故称温病祛湿方。脾胃湿热证的形成与人体质密切相关,“邪之所凑,其气必虚”,脾胃虚弱是湿邪侵袭及内湿产生的前提,湿邪郁久化热而致湿热或湿热病邪为湿热证发病的诱因之一。运用温病祛湿方辨治特点和方证论治理论相结合,确定其在脾胃湿热证的运用,并对临床治疗起到重要的指导作用。

Warm disease clearing damp prescription is a kind of prescription with clearing damp as the main treatment method in warm disease,combining the prescription's distinguishing and treating characteristics with the corresponding principle of prescription,named after warm disease clearing damp method,so it is called warm disease clearing damp prescription.The formation of dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach is closely related to human constitution."The combination of evil and qi will be deficient".Weakness of spleen and stomach is the premise of dampness-evil invasion and internal dampness.By combining the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,we can determine the application of the prescription in the syndrome of spleen and stomach dampness and heat,and play an important guiding role in the clinical treatment.
