摘要 设计了一种基于多种传感器的环氧乙烷灭菌监测系统。利用传感器实时采集灭菌过程中灭菌柜内的温度、湿度和环氧乙烷浓度,通过蓝牙模块将监测数据传输到灭菌柜外的计算机,分析判断灭菌效果。该监测系统监测成本低,并能实现灭菌过程的实时监测。 An ethylene oxide sterilization monitoring system based on multiple sensors was designed in this paper.Using the sensor to collect the temperature,humidity and ethylene oxide concentration in the sterilizing cabinet in real time,the monitoring data is transmitted to the computer outside the sterilizing cabinet through the Bluetooth module to analyze and judge the sterilization effect.The monitoring system has low monitoring cost and can realize real-time monitoring of sterilization process.
