摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对1500名大学生在新冠肺炎疫情期间居家健身情况和影响因素进行调研。调查发现,大学生对于疫情期间居家健身的认识明确,健身主要目的是增强体质提高免疫力,有氧运动和综合练习是主要健身形式;每周主要参加1-2次的健身活动,每次在30分钟以内,以中等运动强度为主;懒惰、不懂健身方法、没人指导、没有健身内容、没有兴趣是影响大学生从事健身活动的主要因素。根据调查情况对大学生居家科学健身提出指导意见。
1500 college students’home fitness style during COVID-19 epidemic was analyzed and studied by methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.The guidance for scientific fitness was given.The conclusion is that college students’understanding of home fitness during epidemic season is clear.Strengthening physical fitness and improving immunity are the main purposes of fitness.Aerobic exercise and comprehensive exercise are the main forms of fitness;they mainly participate in 1-2 times of fitness activities every week,within 30 minutes each time,mainly with moderate exercise intensity;laziness,ignorance of fitness methods,no guidance,no fitness content,no interest are the main factors affecting college students to engage in fitness activities.
