经脐皱襞三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急慢性阑尾炎患者的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Laparoscopic Appendectomy via Umbilical Fold in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Appendicitis

目的:分析经脐皱襞三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急慢性阑尾炎患者的疗效及安全性。方法:选取某院2016年3月~2018年7月急慢性阑尾炎患者98例,依据手术方法不同分为实验组和对照组各49例。对照组行开腹阑尾切除术,实验组采用经脐皱襞三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术,对比两组手术效果(手术时间、住院天数、术中失血量、胃肠功能恢复时间)及并发症发生率。结果:实验组手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院天数均短于对照组,术中失血量均小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经脐皱襞三孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急慢性阑尾炎患者,能大大缩短手术时间,促进患者康复啊,且能降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic appendectomy via umbilical fold in the treatment of patients with chronic appendicitis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with chronic appendicitis from March 2016 to July 2018 treated in a hospital were divided into experimental group and control group according to different surgical methods,with 49 cases in each group.The control group underwent open appendectomy.The experimental group was treated with laparoscopic three-hole laparoscopic appendectomy.The effects of surgery(surgery time,hospitalization days,intraoperative blood loss,gastrointestinal function recovery time)and complication rate were compared.Results:The operation time,recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization days in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group.The blood loss during operation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic appendectomy via umbilical fold in the treatment of patients with chronic appendicitis can greatly shorten the operation time,promote the recovery of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
