腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术治疗前列腺癌的疗效及安全性观察

Efficacy and Safety of Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy for Prostate Cancer

目的:探讨前列腺癌患者采用腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年3月~2018年3月治疗前列腺癌的80例患者进行随机分组,A组采用开腹手术,B组采用腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术,比较两组的手术疗效。结果:B组患者术中出血量、导尿管留置时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率都明显少于A组,手术时间明显多于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术治疗前列腺癌,能有效缩短住院时间与导尿管留置时间,减少手术出血量,加快患者术后恢复,适合在临床上推广。

Objective:To discuss clinical the efficacy of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with prostate cancer treated from March 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with open surgery and group B was treated with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,and the surgical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The amount of bleeding during operation,indwelling time of catheter,hospitalization time and incidence of complications after operation in group B were significantly less than those in group A,and the operation time was significantly longer than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer can effectively shorten the hospital stay and indwelling time of urethral catheter,reduce the amount of operative bleeding,accelerate the recovery of patients after operation,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
