关节镜辅助下行内固定关节融合术对晚期踝关节炎患者术后疼痛程度及踝关节功能的影响

Effect of Arthroscopy-assisted Internal Fixation Combined with Arthrodesis on Postoperative Pain and Ankle Function in Patients with Advanced Arthritis

目的:分析晚期踝关节炎患者采用关节镜辅助下行内固定关节融合术治疗的临床应用效果。方法:选取某院2015年6月~2016年5月98例晚期踝关节炎患者,根据手术方案不同分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组行传统开放性踝关节融合术治疗,观察组行关节镜辅助下行内固定关节融合术治疗,比较两组手术前后疼痛程度量表(VAS)评分、踝关节功能量表(Kofoed)评分。结果:术后4周、8周、12周观察组VAS评分较对照组低,且Kofoed评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:晚期踝关节炎患者采用关节镜辅助下行内固定关节融合术治疗可显著减轻术后疼痛,改善踝关节功能。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of arthroscopy-assisted internal fixation combined with arthrodesis in the treatment of patients with advanced arthritis.Methods:From June 2015 to May 2016,98 patients with advanced ankle arthritis were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical procedures,with 49 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional open ankle arthrodesis and the observation group underwent arthroscopically assisted internal fixation combined with arthrodesis.The pain level scale(VAS)score and the ankle joint function scale(Kofoed)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks after operation,and the Kofoed scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopy-assisted internal fixation combined with arthrodesis in patients with advanced arthritis can significantly reduce postoperative pain and improve ankle function.
