PAPP-A在妇产科妊娠期高血压疾病发病中的应用

Application of PAPP-A in the Pathogenesis of Hypertensive Disorder of Pregnancy in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的:探究PAPP-A在妇产科妊娠期高血压疾病发病中的应用效果。方法:将某院2016年1月1日~2018年12月31日间收治的120例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为实验组,另选取同期体检的115例健康体检者作为对照组,观察两组间PAPP-A水平差异及实验组中不同疾病亚型PAPP-A水平差异。结果:实验组PAPP-A检测水平为(37.54±4.6)umol/L,对照组为(28.14±6.5)umol/L,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);妊娠期高血压患者PAPP-A水平最低,其次为轻度先兆子痫患者,重度先兆子痫患者及子痫患者PAPP-A水平最高,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病患者PAPP-A水平高于健康孕妇,且病情越重,PAPP-A水平越高,对妊娠期高血压疾病诊治有一定参考价值。

Objective:To explore the application effect of PAPP-A in the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorder of pregnancy in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:120 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy from January 1,2016 to December 31,2018 were enrolled in the study group.115 healthy subjects in the same period of the hospital were selected as the control group.The PAPP-A level was detected,and the differences in PAPP-A level between the two groups and in different disease subtypes in the experimental group were observed.Results:The detection level of PAPP-A in the experimental group was(37.54±4.6)umol/L,and that in the control group was(28.14±6.5)umol/L,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients with gestational hypertension had the lowest level of PAPP-A,followed by patients with mild preeclampsia,patients with severe preeclampsia and those with eclampsia had the highest level of PAPP-A,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of PAPP-A in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is higher than that of healthy pregnant women,and the more severe the condition,the higher the level of PAPP-A,which has certain value for the diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
