用普拉洛芬滴眼液对白内障手术后发生眼部炎症患者实施治疗的效果研究

Effects of Pralofen Eye Drops on Patients with Ocular Inflammation after Cataract Surgery

目的:分析用普拉洛芬滴眼液对白内障手术后发生眼部炎症患者实施治疗的效果。方法:选取某院白内障手术后发生眼部炎症患者70例,选取时间从2018年1月~2019年2月,随机将患者分成参照组和观察组各35例。参照组接受氟米龙滴眼液治疗,对观察组施行普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,分析、比较两组的炎性因子指标、不良反应几率。结果:经干预后,观察组的TNF-α、IL-6、CRP指标水平分别相较于参照组的炎性因子指标水平均较低,统计学差异均有意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生几率相较于参照组的不良反应发生几率低,统计学差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:对白内障手术后发生眼部炎症患者行普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗干预,可降低患者炎性因子水平,减少不良反应几率,效果明显。

Objective:To analyze the effect of pralofen eye drops on patients with ocular inflammation after cataract surgery.Methods:70 patients with eye inflammation after cataract surgery in a hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received flumiron eye drops,and the observation group received pralofen eye drops.The indicators of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:After the intervention,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment and intervention of pralofen eye drops in patients with ocular inflammation after cataract surgery can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and the effect is obvious.
