美托洛尔联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Metoprolol Combined with Tongxinluo Capsule on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨冠心病心绞痛患者采用美托洛尔联合通心络胶囊治疗的临床疗效。方法:研究以2016年6月~2018年9月收治的80例冠心病心绞痛患者为观察对象,将其随机分为两组,A组采用美托洛尔治疗,B组在A组治疗基础上采用通心络胶囊,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗前LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD指标对比差异不明显(P>0.05);B组治疗后LVEF指标、心电图总有效率明显高于A组,LVESD、LVEDD指标明显低于A组,组间对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心绞痛,能有效改善患者的心功能,提高患者的心电图疗效,治疗效果显著,适合在临床上推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris.Methods:80 patients with angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease treated from June 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with metoprolol and Group B was treated with Tongxinluo Capsule on the basis of group A.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the indexes of LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of LVEF and total effective rate of ECG in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,and the indexes of LVESD and LVEDD were significantly lower than those in group A,with significant difference between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,improve the curative effect of patients'electrocardiogram,which has remarkable curative effect and is suitable for clinical promotion.
