摘要
目的:探讨鹿瓜多肽注射液辅助治疗颈椎病的疗效及作用机制探究。方法:选取2016年1月~2018年1月在医院就诊的颈椎病患者90例,按随机数表法分为对照组及观察组。两组患者均进行常规康复治疗,观察组在此基础上静脉注射鹿瓜多肽注射液,持续治疗10d,测量两组患者治疗前后颈椎活动度、数字疼痛分级(NPRS)评分、颈部残障指数(NDI)评分,并统计两组患者不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗后颈椎活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NPRS、NDI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:鹿瓜多肽注射液辅助治疗颈椎病可提高颈椎活动度。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and role mechanism of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection assisted therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:90 patients with cervical spondylosis who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The two groups were given routine rehabilitation,and observation group was given intravenous injection of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection on this basis,and they were continuously treated for 10d.Cervical vertebra activity,numerical pain rating scale(NPRS)score and neck disability index(NDI)score were measured in the two groups before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted in the two groups.Results:The cervical vertebra activity in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of NPRS and NDI in observation group after treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:Cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection can improve the cervical vertebra activity.
