健脾祛瘀汤治疗对晚期胃癌患者的有效性及毒副作用、生活质量、体力状况的影响

Effect of Jianpi Quyu Decoction on the Effectiveness and Toxic Side Effects,Quality of Life and Physical Condition of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨健脾祛瘀汤治疗对晚期胃癌患者的有效性及毒副作用、生活质量、体力状况的影响。方法:2017年1月~2019年6月就诊的晚期胃癌患者90例,随机分为两组,对照组行化疗方案治疗,研究组在对照组基础上服用中药汤剂,比较两组的体力状况、毒副作用、近期治疗有效性、生活质量。结果:研究组治疗后KPS评分高于治疗前,也高于治疗后对照组(P<0.05);研究组出现毒副作用人数少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组近期疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾祛瘀汤治疗晚期胃癌,能够显著提高治疗效果和降低毒副作用,改善生活质量和体力状况,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of Jianpi Quyu decoction on the efficacy,toxic and side effects,quality of life,and physical condition of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Ninety patients with advanced gastric cancer from January 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with chemotherapy.The study group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction based on the control group.Physical conditions,toxic and side effects,recent treatment effectiveness,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The KPS score of the study group after treatment was higher than that before the treatment and higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The number of toxic and side effects in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Quyu decoction in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can significantly improve the treatment effect and reduce the toxic and side effects,improve the quality of life and physical condition,which is worthy promotion and application.
