体外冲击波治疗网球肘的临床疗效及护理总结分析

Clinical Efficacy and Nursing of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapyin the Treatment of Tennis Elbow

目的:观察在网球肘患者的治疗中采取体外冲击波治疗的护理总结分析。方法:将在某院筋伤科近期(2018年8月~2019年2月时期)收治以网球肘为诊断的患者总计540例,采取体外冲击波治疗。对照患者临床治疗效果及治疗前、后疼痛VAS评分、肘关节Mayo功能,并对护理进行总结。结果:治疗后,显效331例,显效率为61.30%;有效137例,有效率为25.37%;好转48例,好转率为8.89%;无效24例,无效率为4.44%;总有效516例,总有效率为95.56%。治疗前VAS评分较高,且Mayo评分较低,治疗后患者疼痛VAS评分明显降低,且Mayo评分明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在网球肘的治疗中,采取体外冲击波治疗,配合针对性的护理干预,可获得较好的临床治疗效果,改善治疗后疼痛,提高治疗后肘关节功能,效果理想。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy in tennis elbow patients and summarize nursing analysis.Methods:A total of 540 patients diagnosed as tennis elbow in the soft injury department in a hospital recently(from August 2018 to February 2019)were treated by extracorporeal shock wave therapy.The clinical therapeutic effect,VAS score and Mayo function of elbow joint before and after treatment were compared,and the nursing was summarized.Results:After treatment,331 cases were markedly effective,the marked efficiency was 61.30%;137 cases were effective,the effective rate was 25.37%;48 cases were improved,the improvement rate was 8.89%;24 cases were ineffective,the ineffective rate was 4.44%;516 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 95.56%.Before treatment,the VAS score was higher and the Mayo score was lower.After treatment,the pain VAS score was significantly lower,and the Mayo score was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:In the treatment of tennis elbow,extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with targeted nursing intervention can obtain better clinical therapeutic effect,improve the pain after treatment,improve the elbow joint function after treatment,the effect is ideal.
