乡村文化的历史转型与振兴路径

Historical Transformation and Path Reconstruction of Rural Culture

乡村文化的研究包括了乡村文化载体与乡村文化价值两个层面。乡村文化载体呈现了乡村公共文化服务不断“嵌入”而乡土文化不断“退场”的过程,乡村文化价值呈现了传统文化价值的“衰退”与现代文化价值的“新生”。两个层面的嬗变表征了乡村文化的历史转型过程。为了更好地服务于乡村文化振兴战略,应对乡村公共文化载体治理与乡村文化价值功能做出反思,不仅要寻求乡村公共文化服务与乡土文化的“接点治理”,而且应推动传统乡村文化价值与现代乡村文化价值的“双向涵化”。为了保证这一路径的实施,应着力提升基层治理和“社区营造”能力,并真正确立起农民和农村的文化主体性。

The study of rural culture includes two aspects:rural cultural carrier and rural culture value.The carrier of rural culture shows the continuous process of rural public culture services“implantation”while the“withdrawal”of local culture.In contrast,the value of rural culture presents the“recession”of traditional cultural value and the“birth”of modern cultural value.The evolution on these two aspects characterizes the historical transformation of rural culture.To better serve the strategy of revitalizing rural culture,reflections should be made on the governance on rural public culture carrier and the functions of rural cultural value.The“contact management”between rural public cultural services and local culture is also needed,and the“bi-directional acculturation”of traditional rural cultural values and modern rural cultural values should be promoted.To ensure the implementation,rural governance and“community building”capabilities should be improved and truly establish the subjectivity of farmers and farmers'culture.
