无轨胶轮车用永磁同步电动机转子的强度与模态分析 被引量:1

Strength and Modal Analysis of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Rotor for Trackless Rubber-Tyred Vehicle

摘要 在无轨胶轮车用永磁同步电动机转子设计中,为避免高转速引起的离心力造成转子失效,降低电动机转子振动,利用Workbench软件对电动机转子进行了强度分析,得出变形和应力分布规律,其最大应力为354.92 MPa。对电动机转子进行模态分析,得出电动机转子的前6阶固有频率和振型云图,为后续避振减振提供参考数据。 In the design of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)rotor for trackless rubber-tyred vehicle,in order to avoid the centrifugal force caused by high rotational speed causing rotor failure and reduce the vibration of motor rotor,the strength of motor rotor had been analyzed by Workbench software,and the law of deformation and stress distribution had been obtained,the maximum stress was 354.92 MPa.Through modal analysis of motor rotor,the first six-order natural frequencies and mode shapes of motor rotor had been obtained,which could provide reference data for subsequent vibration avoidance and vibration reduction.
