摘要
针对大柳煤矿现有的采煤工艺和装备效率低、人员劳动强度大等问题,结合国内一次采全高采煤工艺及其装备的应用情况,对现有采煤工艺和装备进行了自动化技术改造。通过论证6.5 m一次采全高采煤方法的可行性,对采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机等关键技术进行了分析,并对矿井现有的通风、供配电、提升运输等系统进行了校核,提出了一次采全高工作面参数及其设备配套参数,经技术改造后,该套装备能够满足安全生产的要求。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of existing mining technology and equipment and high labor intensity of personnel in Daliu Coal Mine,combined with the application of domestic full-height mining technology and equipment,the existing mining technology and equipment had been transformated with automation technology.By demonstrating the feasibility of 6.5 m full-height mining method,the key technologies such as shearer,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor were analyzed,and the existing ventilation,power supply and distribution,lifting and transportation systems in the mine had been checked.The parameters of the first full-height mining face and the matching parameters of its equipment had been put forward.After technical transformation,the equipment could meet the requirements of safe production.
