摘要
针对煤矿用防爆胶轮运人车在使用过程中存在的安全可靠性问题,通过对车辆制动系统改进前后的组成及原理进行了分析,着重介绍了驾驶室和客厢门开启及关闭时车辆的制动状态,以及客厢门关闭由驾驶员操纵,从而确保了乘坐人员上下车的安全。同时,当司机开门下车时忘记拉驻车制动阀情况下,车辆也处于制动状态,通过气液联动实现了驾驶室与客厢门与制动的互锁,提高了防爆胶轮车的安全性能。该运人车经改进投入实际运行后,取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the problems of safety and reliability of explosion-proof rubber-tyred passenger carrrier used in coal mine,the composition and principle of the braking system before and after improvement had been analyzed,and the braking state of the car when the cab and passenger door was opened and closed,as well as the closing of the passenger door controlled by the driver,had been emphatically introduced,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the car.At the same time,when the driver forgets to pull the parking brake valve when he opens the door and gets off,the vehicle is also in braking state.The interlock between cab and passenger door and braking had been realized by gas-hydraulic linkage,which could improve the safety performance of explosion-proof rubber tyre vehicle.The vehicle had been put into actual operation after improvement,and good results had been achieved.
