我国需再制造的煤机装备数量巨大,开展煤机装备再制造企业标准化体系的建设与实施对煤机企业具有重要的意义。结合再制造过程中废旧液压支架的全生命周期和工艺流程,根据企业统一的技术要求、质量要求和工作要求,制定了液压支架再制造企业标准体系,并具体阐述了液压支架企业标准体系在煤机再制造行业的创新性与实操性。液压支架再制造企业标准体系的构建、实施、完善,优化了企业资源配置,既提高了液压支架质量,又提升了公司的经济效益。
