摘要
新窑煤矿综采工作面的巷道围岩稳定性差,变形严重,现场经常存在巷道空间狭小、有效通风断面小、行人困难等问题。其传统的供电、供液方式均为将设备列车、泵站等与带式输送机同时布置于运输巷道,工作面设备均为1140 V,采用6 kV高压供电方式。为满足减人提效、安全高效的开采要求,计划在4506自动化综放工作面改变供液布置方式,即采用远距离供液方式进行可行性分析论证。经论证,确保了远距离供液方式的可行性。
In Xinyao coal mine fully mechanized mining face,due to the poor stability of surrounding rock and the obvious deformation,there are many problems such as narrow roadway space,small effective ventilation section and pedestrian difficulty.The traditional way of power supply and liquid supply is to arrange the equipment train,pump station and belt conveyor in the transport tunnel at the same time.The equipment in the working face is1140 V.6 kV high-voltage power supply has been adopted.In order to meet the requirements of reducing personnel and improving efficiency,safe and efficient mining,it has been planned to change the layout of liquid supply in 4506 automatic fully mechanized top coal caving face,which uses long-distance liquid supply for feasibility analysis and demonstration.Through demonstration,the feasibility of long-distance liquid supply has been ensured.
