摘要
以莒山煤矿f3101工作面为工程背景,根据工作面液压支架的使用情况和主要参数,通过理论计算,从液压支架初撑力、拉架及推溜力要求的角度综合分析得出乳化液泵站所需压力为31.19 MPa,根据支架移架速度分析得出乳化液泵站额定输出流量为312.4 L/min,最后确定使用BRW400/31.5型乳化液泵,并给出了主要技术参数。实践表明,所确定的乳化液泵站可以满足工作面液压支架正常作业的用液要求。
Taking the caving face f3101 of Jushan Mine as the engineering background,according to the use and main parameters of hydraulic support in caving face,through theoretical calculation and comprehensive analysis from the angle of initial support force,pull frame and push-slip force requirement of hydraulic support,it has been concluded that the required pressure of emulsion pump station is 31.19 MPa.According to the analysis of the bracket moving speed,the rated output power of emulsion pumping station is 312.4 L/min.The BRW400/31.5 emulsion pump has been finally determired and the main technical parameters have been given.Practice shows that the determined emulsion pumping station can meet the requirements of normal operation of hydraulic support in caving face.
