摘要
为解决掘进面工作量大、进尺少、高投入低回报的难题,结合凉水井煤矿地质条件及巷道尺寸,合理地搭配快速掘进系统,实现掘、锚、运平行作业,降低移动设备次数,研制了快速掘进系统。该快速掘进系统通过实际运行,有效地解决了人力、物力与产出比例失调的难题,提高了工作效率,取得了较好的效果。
In order to solve the problems of large workload,small footage,high input and low return in excavation face,combined with the geological conditions and roadway size of Liangshuijing Coal Mine,the rapid excavation system has been reasonably collocated to realize parallel operation of tunneling,anchoring and transportation,and to reduce the number of mobile devices,a rapid excavation system has been developed.The rapid excavation system has effectively solved the problem of imbalance of manpower,material resources and output ratio through actual operation,improved the work efficiency and achieved good results.
