于志强运用越鞠丸论治杂病经验

Director Yu Zhiqiang’s Experience in Treating Miscellaneous Diseases with Yueju Pill

于志强从事中医内科临床工作近五十载,擅长治疗各种心血管系统、消化系统、内分泌系统等内科杂病,在临床工作中十分重视“郁滞论”思想,强调“内伤杂病从肝论治”,临证时擅长应用越鞠丸等经典名方。本文主要简述于志强“郁滞论”思想在杂病论治中的应用,其总以“气机之郁”为先,继而由气郁致水液、血络、痰瘀等其他诸郁,而越鞠丸方中五味药物合用为临床治疗诸郁之代表方剂,于主任以之为主方临证加减,常用于因郁致各种内伤杂病如神经官能症、妇女带下、脂肪肝、糖尿病等,并临证举隅验案二则以供赏析。

Director Yu Zhiqiang has been engaged in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for nearly 50 years,and is good at using TCM to treat various diseases of the cardiovascular system,digestive system,endocrine system,etc.Director Yu has always advocated the thought of“stagnation theory”,emphasized that“treatment of internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases from the Liver”,and is good at using clinical classics such as Yueju Pill.This article briefly describes the application of Yu’s“stagnation theory”in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases,which always takes“Qi stagnation”as the first step,and then causes various kinds of stagnation,such as Water,blood collaterals,phlegm and blood stasis,etc.The combination of five herbs in Yueju Pill is a representative prescription for clinical treatment of various stagnation,and Yu’s clinical treatment is mainly based on it,which is often used for various miscellaneous diseases caused by stagnation,such as neurosis,women’s belt,fatty liver,diabetes,etc.And two cases are cited for appreciation.
