莱茵衣藻对养猪废水氮磷营养盐去除效果

摘要 【目的】构建养殖废水-微藻培育耦合体系,通过优化莱茵衣藻的生长条件,以资源化利用和处理养殖废水。【方法】通过调控养殖废水中氮磷营养盐的浓度,探讨莱茵衣藻生物量和比生长速率的变化规律,跟踪监测养殖废水中氨氮、总氮、总磷和pH值的变化情况,以获得养殖废水-莱茵衣藻培育耦合体系的最佳工作策略。【结果】将养殖废水稀释至30%并灭菌处理后,莱茵衣藻能够充分利用其中的氮磷营养盐生长,并能获得高达899.08 mg/L的生物量;莱茵衣藻的最适pH环境为8.5~9.5,养殖废水的初始pH值(8.86)在其最适范围内,故养殖废水-莱茵衣藻培育耦合体系中的pH值无须调节;经过培育莱茵衣藻后,养殖废水中的氨氮、总氮、总磷去除率分别可达到48.76%、54.39%、93.2%,出水水质TP低于畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准(GB18596-2001)。【结论】本研究能够为养殖废水处理和微藻经济化提供一种新的技术途径。 【Objective】The optimum nutrient conditions for the integrated system of piggery wastewater and microalgae culture was explored to resource recycling.【Method】Further changes after inoculating Chlamydomonas reinhardtii in piggery wastewater with different dilution ratios including:biomass,growth rate of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii,pH of the culture solution were observed;and the efficiency of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii on the absorption and removal of high concentration nutrients including ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N),total nitrogen(TN),and total phosphorus(TP)in piggery were investigated.【Result】It was observed that the growth rate of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii in the 30%piggery waste water treatment was significantly higher than other treatments,and in this treatment,the amount of biomass could reach 899.08 mg/L.The optimum pH appeared to range from 8.5-9.5,which contains the initial pH value of the aquaculture wastewater in this experiment(8.86),therefore there is no need to adjust the p H;and the final results of removal rates of NH4+-N,TN and TP could reach to 48.76%,54.39%,93.2%,respectively.Meanwhile,among all the indicators,the TP removal rate was the highest,the effluent quality of TP was below the pollutant emission standard for poultry breeding industry(GB18596-2001).【Conclusion】The study results undoubtedly could provide a new approach for the treatment of piggery wastewater with high concentration nutrient and the economic cultivation of microalgae as well.
