摘要
简要总结了某无缝钢管厂循环水污泥脱水精益生产的改善成果。应用差异分析、浪费分析、布置分析和防错分析针对性地实施精益生产改善,有效提升了系统稳定性及污泥脱水效率,同时降低了生产运行费用。
This paper briefly summarizes the improvement results of lean production of sludge dewatering in circulating water of a seamless steel pipe plant.The application of dif⁃ference analysis,waste analysis,layout analysis and error prevention analysis to improve lean production effectively improved system stability and sludge dewatering efficiency,and re⁃duced production and operation costs.
