卓越绩效模式在速溶茶生产企业节能减排中的应用

Application of Performance Excellence Model in Energy Saving and Emission Reduction of Instant Tea Production Enterprises

针对速溶茶生产企业节能减排的需求,文章阐述了卓越绩效模式的应用,并针对企业在节能减排管理方面的现状,结合卓越绩效管理模式开展节能减排绩效新考核模式。每年实现制备茶渣生物质燃料1.5万吨,氮氧化物减排50%,粉尘排放浓度≤30 mg/m^3,水处理达到国家三级排放标准,回收茶香精30吨;与普通模式相比,每年节约成本1810万元,实现三废综合处理与利用及节能减排。同时,对持续改进提升企业节能减排绩效进行探讨,提出需要坚持管理体系融合,树立系统管理理念,注重过程与结果。

Aiming at the demand of energy saving and emission reduction of instant tea production enterprises,this paper expounded the application of performance excellence model,and in accordance with the current status of the enterprise in energy saving and emission reduction management,combined with performance excellence management model,carried out a new performance evaluation model of energy conservation and emission reduction.In this model,the production of 15000 tons of tea residue biomass fuel was achieved,nitrogen oxide emission was reduced by 50%per year,dust emission concentration was less than or equal to 30 mg/m^3,water treatment met national third-level emission standards,and 30 tons of tea flavors were recovered;compared with the ordinary model,annual cost savings of 18100 thousand yuan to achieve comprehensive treatment and utilization of three wastes and energy saving and emission reduction.In addition,this paper discussed continuous improvement to improve the performance of energy saving and emission reduction of enterprises,and proposed the need to adhere to the integration of management systems,establish the concept of system management,and pay attention to process and results.
