经济新常态下自贸区建设的调查与思考——基于福州自贸区建设的实证分析

Investigation and Reflection on the Construction of Free Trade Zone under the Economic New Normal:Based on the Empirical Analysis on the Construction of Fuzhou FTZ

福州自贸区是重点建设先进制造业基地、21世纪海上丝绸之路沿线国家和地区交流合作的重要平台、两岸服务贸易与金融创新合作示范区,这三大战略定位为福州自贸区提供了巨大的发展优势,促进了福州在各自贸区建设中走在前列。与此同时,闽台金融服务业待深化、跨境电商有待发展、生态破坏等问题的出现,深刻制约着福州自贸区的发展。基于此,在深入调查分析之后,针对以上问题提出福州自贸区的发展对策,即深化金融创新,推动跨境电商深度发展及坚持绿色发展。

Fuzhou Free Trade Zone is strategically positioned as the leading advanced manufacturing base,important platform for the exchange and cooperation among the countries and regions along the 21st century Maritime Silk Road,and the demonstration zone for cross-strait cooperation in trade services and financial innovation,which provides Fuzhou FTZ with a huge development advantage,and makes Fuzhou a leader in the construction of free trade zones.However,some problems also hinder the development of Fuzhou FTZ,such as the problems in financial innovation and cooperation of Fujian and Taiwan Provinces,the underdevelopment of cross-border e-commerce,lag in the construction of ecological environment,etc.After in-depth investigation and analysis,the author raises some countermeasures to deal with the problems in the development of Fuzhou FTZ,that is,deepening the financial innovation,promoting the deep development of cross-border e-commerce and adhere to green development.
