湖南省民营企业文化竞争力发展现状及提升路径——以"三一重工"企业为例 被引量:1

摘要 企业文化竞争力是民营企业参与市场竞争的关键。本文以三一重工企业为例,深入探讨湖南省民营企业文化竞争力的状况、建设特点及制约因素,并据此提出湖南省民营企业文化竞争力的提升路径。研究发现:湖南省民营企业文化竞争力深受湖湘文化内涵的影响,表现为创新、开放、重实践、自强不息及知足常乐的文化特征;民营企业整体文化竞争力建设稳中向好,但相比发达地区仍有不足,存在文化机制不健全、创新能力不足、社会责任欠缺以及家族文化盛行的局限性;要通过坚持人本思想,提升文化创新能力,强化社会责任意识,健全组织管理体系四个方面提升企业文化竞争力。本文旨在为提升湖南省民营企业文化竞争力提供重要借鉴。 Corporate cultural competitiveness is the key for private enterprises to participate in market competition.Taking Sany heavy industry as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study of the status quo,construction characteristics and constraints of cultural competitiveness of private enterprises in Hunan province,and puts forward the ways to improve the cultural competitiveness of private enterprises in Hunan province.The research finds that:the cultural competitiveness of private enterprises in Hunan province is deeply influenced by the cultural connotation of Hunan,which is manifested in the cultural characteristics of innovation,openness,emphasis on practice,unremitting self-improvement and contentment.The overall cultural competitiveness of private enterprises is stable and improving,but compared with developed regions,there are still deficiencies,such as imperfect cultural mechanism,insufficient innovation capacity,lack of social responsibility and the prevalence of family culture.It is necessary to enhance the cultural competitiveness of enterprises by adhering to the humanistic thought,enhancing the ability of cultural innovation,strengthening the sense of social responsibility,and improving the organizational management system.This paper aims to improve the cultural competitiveness of private enterprises in Hunan province to provide an important reference.
