摘要
博物馆空间收藏着众多优秀的文化遗产和艺术展品,具有文化展演、教育、审美和活态文化实践再现等治理功能。当下,博物馆已成为一个城市、一个地域的文化地标,成为展示城市文化、区域文明的重要场所。博物馆空间通过收藏和展览,以及空间设计和一系列技术装置,为大众提供接近文化艺术的机会和体验,并借此对大众言行进行"监督"和"规训",让受众对自身的行为方式进行自我监督、自我治理,以促进其文化知识素养,养成良好行为习惯,达到文化治理的效果。为此,基于托尼·本尼特的博物馆治理理论,文章分析了博物馆空间的文化治理性;同时,参照现代"多中心治理"理论,探讨多元治理主体--政府职能部门、企事业单位、社会组织和参观受众等主体在博物馆文化空间治理实践中的主体性作用与治理策略,以提升博物馆空间的文化治理能力。
The museum space houses many excellent cultural heritage items and art exhibits,fulfilling such functions of cultural performance,education,aesthetics and reproduction of a living culture,etc.At present,the museum has become a cultural landmark of a city or a region,an important place for displaying urban culture and regional civilization.Through collections and exhibitions,as well as space design and a series of technical installations,the museum space provides the public with opportunities and experiences close to culture and art,and thus“supervises”and“disciplines”the public’s words and deeds,allowing the audience to behave in a unique cultural way.This is tantamount to self-monitoring and self-governance aimed at enhancing the cultivation of cultural knowledge and good behavior habits,achieving the effect of cultural governance.For this reason,it is necessary to analyze the cultural governance of museum space based on Tony Bennett’s museum governance theory.At the same time,it is necessary to refer to the modern“multi-center governance”theory,with its emphasis on the roles of government departments,enterprises and institutions,social organizations and the common run of visitors and strategies for enhancing the cultural governance of the museum space.
