摘要
针对电力系统存在的时延现象,本文讨论了时滞多区域负载频率控制系统的稳定性问题。考虑大规模电力系统的时滞特性,首次使用偏积分方程表示时滞多区域负载频率控制系统,然后构造完全型L-K泛函,提出一种保守性较低的稳定判据,以线性算子不等式的形式表示。最后,通过数值算例和仿真结果表明了本文所提方法的有效性。
Focusing on the problem of time delay in power systems,the stability of multi-area load frequency control system with time delay is studied in this paper.Based on the time-delay characteristics of large-scale interconnected power systems,partial integral equation is used for the first time to represent delayed multi-area load frequency control systems.Then the complete L-K functional is constructed,a less conservative stability criterion is proposed in the form of a linear operator inequality.Finally,numerical examples and simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
