摘要
试验将硅灰石等三种阻燃剂用于氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)电缆料中,研究了阻燃体系对其工艺性能、力学性能、老化性能以及阻燃性能的影响;结果表明,不同阻燃剂对CSM电缆料的工艺性能影响不大,胶料具有适宜的焦烧时间,且硫化时间短,高效节能;添加硅灰石、勃姆石及超细滑石粉等可提高胶料的硬度、拉伸强度、伸长率及撕裂强度;其中添加硅灰石胶料的力学性能、耐老化性能最好;勃姆石胶料的耐介质性能相对较优;总之,添加硅灰石胶料的综合性能最好,其拉伸强度、最大伸长率、撕裂强度及氧指数分别为10.03 MPa、496%、42.10 N/mm和32.8%,满足了阻燃电缆料的性能要求。
Three kinds of flame retardant such as wollastonite were used in CSM cable compounds,The effects of flame retardant system on its process properties,mechanical properties,aging properties and flame retardant properties were studied.The results show that different flame retardants have little effect on the vulcanization characteristics of CSM cable compounds.The compounds has suitable scorch time,short curing time,high efficiency and energy saving;Adding wollastonite,boehmite and ultrafine talcum powder can improve the hardness,tensile strength,elongation and tear strength of the compounds.Among them,wollastonite compound has the best mechanical properties and aging resistance,The medium resistance of boehmite compound is relatively excellent.Overall,The comprehensive performance of wollastonite compound is the best.its tensile strength,maximum elongation,tear strength and oxygen index are respectively 10.03 MPa,496%,42.10 N/mm and 32.8%,which meet the performance requirements of flame retardant cable materials.
