功能化碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料的性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了碳纳米管的表面、界面和分散特性以及碳功能化的纳米管对碳纳米管/环氧复合材料的机械性的影响。结果表明碳纳米管的氨基功能化、分散、润湿、界面作用和复相凝聚性与相应的的碳纳米管环氧树脂复合材料的机械性能和热力学性能之间存在极大的相关性。相对于纯纳米管,氨基化的纳米管和环氧树脂混合拥有更高的表面能和更好的润湿性,同时氨分子的出现能有效抑制树脂固化过程中的复相凝聚。相对于未功能化的碳纳米管,伴随着基质和通过共价键功能化的碳纳米管之间的界面黏结性的改变而改善的结果引起了弯曲和热力学能的改善。 In this paper,the surface,interface and dispersion properties of carbon nanotubes and the effect of functionalized carbon nanotubes on the mechanical properties of carbon nanotubes/epoxy composites were studied.The results showed that the amino functionalization,dispersion,wetting,interfacial interaction and multiphase coacervation of carbon nanotubes were closely related to the mechanical and thermodynamic properties of the corresponding carbon nanotubes epoxy composites.Compared with pure nanotubes,aminated nanotubes had higher surface energy and better wettability when mixed with epoxy resin,and the presence of ammonia molecules could effectively inhibit the multiphase condensation during resin curing.Compared with the non functionalized carbon nanotubes,the improvement of the interfacial adhesion between the base material and the carbon nanotubes functionalized by covalent bond resulted in the improvement of the bending and thermodynamic energy.
