摘要
描述了密炼机转子曲面基于NX的三维建模过程,特别是针对转子末端的倾角处理及圆弧收尾过渡进行描述,为保证转子体壁厚均匀性,提供了一种螺旋水道设计建模方案。精确的转子三维建模为转子体后期的力学性能分析、数控加工编程、表面形状检查等提供最有效支撑。
This paper describes the 3D modeling process of the curved surface of the mixer rotor based on NX,especially the inclination treatment of the end of the rotor and the transition of the arc ending.In order to ensure the uniformity of the wall thickness of the rotor,a design and modeling scheme of the spiral channel is provided.The accurate 3D modeling of rotor provides the most effective support for the mechanical performance analysis,NC machining programming,surface shape inspection and so on.
