5G规模化商用的障碍和关键:基于大样本问卷调查的研究 被引量:4

摘要 5G是中国在全球形成系统级技术优势的少数领域之一。但中国能否在大规模商用的基础上成为5G应用的全球领先市场,从而实现由5G技术强国向5G产业强国的跃迁,这当中受到多重因素的影响。本文基于结构化的问卷调查,对影响5G规模化商用的主要障碍、消费者对5G及下游应用的认知、早期市场和领先用户等中国5G规模化商用中的关键问题进行系统的研究。研究发现:价格因素并不是制约5G和下游应用规模化商用的主要障碍,消费者更关注5G新产品或服务能否提供颠覆性的功能;技术成熟度高、商业模式清晰的下游应用场景缺乏是制约中国5G规模化商用的瓶颈;智能家居、车联网、远程医疗等2C端的应用领域可能成为中国5G的早期市场;男性用户、年轻用户和高收入用户更可能成为5G市场的领先用户和早期采用者。本文的研究对中国企业和政府推动5G技术商业化和5G生态发展具有一定的启发和借鉴意义。 5G is one of the few areas where China has built a system-level technological edge globally.Whether China can become a global market leader in 5G application on the basis of large-scale commercial use,so as to realize the transition from a 5G technology power to a 5G industry power,is affected by multiple complex factors.Based on the structured questionnaires,this paper has carried out a systematic study about the key issues in the large-scale commercialization of 5G in China,such as the main obstacles to the large-scale commercialization of 5G,consumers'cognition of 5G and its downstream applications,early market and leading users.The findings are shown as follows.Firstly,price is not the main obstacle to the large-scale commercialization of 5G and downstream applications,and consumers are more concerned about whether new products or services of 5G can provide disruptive functions.Secondly,the lack of downstream application scenarios with high technology maturity and clear business models is the bottleneck restricting China's 5G large-scale commercial use.Thirdly,applications of 2C terminals such as smart home,internet of vehicles and telemedicine may become the early market of 5G.Besides,the youth male users and high-income users are more likely to be the leading users and early adopters of the 5G market.This study is of enlightenment and reference significance for Chinese enterprises and government to promote the commercialization of 5G and the development of 5G ecosystem.
