The scientific and technological innovation is not only one of the means to cultivate innovative talents,but also can effectively improve the competitiveness of employment.The article analyzes the lacking and deficiencies of college students in the employment link,and proposes strategies and ways to enhance employment competitiveness through scientific and technological innovation.Take the scientific and technological innovation of North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power as an example to verify that this strategy and approach can effectively enhance the competitiveness of employment.
