社会学视角下老旧住区户外交往空间适老化研究

Research on Elderly-Oriented Outdoor Communication Space in Old Residential Areas from a Sociological Perspective

老年人退休后闲暇时间增多,社会关系却逐渐减少,如何应对这种落差带来的诸多问题并给老年人营造丰富多彩的老年生活成为幸福养老的重要课题。本文基于社会学视角,探索老旧住区内老年人对户外交往空间的需求,以邯郸市永安里住区为样本住区,通过现场调研、问卷调查等方法分析住区户外交往空间适老化问题并提出改造策略,以期为住区内老年人户外交往活动提供更加适宜的环境,鼓励老年人寻找新的社会关系,提高老年人的幸福生活指数,同时为老旧住区户外交往空间适老化改造提供借鉴。

The elderly have more leisure time after retirement,but their social relations have gradually decreased.How to face the problems caused by this gap and create a colorful old life for the elderly has become an important issue for their happiness after retirement.Based on a sociological perspective,this article explores the needs of elderly people in old residential areas for outdoor communication space.Taking the Yonganli residential area in Handan as a sample residential area,the ageing problem of outdoor communication space in residential areas is analyzed through field surveys and questionnaires.It also proposes transformation strategies in order to provide a more suitable environment for outdoor communication activities of the elderly in the residential area,encourage the elderly to find new social relationships,and improve the happy life index of the elderly.
