几种三嗪基多哌嗪类二硫代卡巴腙衍生物的合成与表征

摘要 本文报道了一系列三嗪基多哌嗪类二硫代卡巴腙衍生物的合成方法与结构表征。以三聚氯氰为起始原料并充分利用三聚氯氰中1,3,5-位的C-Cl键的亲核取代活性差异,通过温度控制实现三聚氯氰与1-Boc-哌嗪或其他含氮化合物发生分步亲核取代,合成得到一系列的N-Boc保护的多哌嗪取代的三嗪衍生物。通过酸化脱保护和硫代羧酸化反应得到性质稳定的多种三嗪基多哌嗪类二硫代卡巴腙目标产物,以实现多哌嗪基刚性骨架分子分级可控官能团化。 The synthesis and structural characterization of a series of multi-piperazine substituted dithiocarbazone derivatives with triazine core motif were presented.The nucleophilic substitution of cyanuric chloride with 1-Boc-piperazine or other N-heterocycle compounds was carried out using cyanuric chloride as the starting material.Based on the remarkable difference in the nucleophilic substitution activity of C-Cl bond at 1,3,5-position in cyanuric chloride,a series of N-Boc protected multi-piperazine substituted triazine derivatives were synthesized in multiple step through temperature control.Next,some stable target products of multi-piperazine substituted triazine dithiocarbazone were obtained through acidification to deprotect and thiocarboxylation,so as to achieve hierarchical controlled functionalization of polypiperazin-based molecules with semi-rigid backbone.
