摘要
冷弯薄壁型钢-轻聚合物复合墙板是一种新型装配式墙板,轻质高强、施工方便,符合建筑工业化的需求。为了研究该复合墙板的抗弯性能和破坏模式,文章进行了6块3000 mm×1200 mm复合墙板的抗弯试验,考察了复合墙板在均布荷载作用下的破坏现象和荷载跨中挠度曲线;利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了复合墙板的非线性有限元分析模型,通过试验数据验证了有限元分析模型的准确性;分析了钢材强度、轻聚合物填料强度、面板类型以及面板厚度对复合墙板抗弯性能的影响。研究结果表明:影响冷弯薄壁型钢-轻聚合物复合墙板均布荷载作用下抗弯承载力的主要因素有钢材强度和面板类型;面板类型和面板厚度是影响复合墙板抗弯刚度的主要因素,而钢材强度对复合墙板抗弯刚度的影响较小;增大面板厚度显著降低了复合墙板的延性。研究结果为此类复合墙板的应用和推广提供了科学依据。
Cold-formed thin-walled steel composite walls infilled with light polymer material(LPM)is a new kind of fabricated panel with the advantages of light weight,high strength and convenient construction,which meets the requirement of building industrialization.To investigate the flexural behavior and failure modes of CFS composite walls infilled with LPM,the bending tests of six composite walls of dimensions 3000 mm×1200 mm were carried out.The failure modes and the load deflection curves of the walls were analyzed.Finite element model was built by means of ABAQUS to simulate the flexural behavior of these composite walls,and the analysis results were compared with the experimental ones,which proved the accuracy of the model.Utilizing the established model,parametric studies were carried out to study the effect of steel strength,light polymer packing strength,panel species and panel thickness on the flexural behavior of the composite walls.The analysis shows that the main factors affecting the bending capacity of the composite walls under uniform distributed load are steel strength and panel species;the bending rigidity of composite walls is mainly influenced by panel species and panel thickness,the steel strength has little effect on it;increasing the thickness of the panel significantly reduces the ductility of composite walls.The research results provide a scientific basis for the application and popularization of such walls.
