摘要
海南黎陶制作技艺的传承过程中出现了产品制作市场化、传承课程“快餐化”、本土文化漠视化和师徒关系“机械化”等问题.究其原因,主体民族对异文化的态度、管理者对传统技艺的看法、少数民族各阶级的价值差异以及行政管理的模式方法等都与问题的出现密切相关.要走出当前黎陶制作技艺传承困境,需要在加强本民族“文化自觉”的同时,重视“多元文化整合”,进一步借鉴“位育”的教育理念推动黎陶制作技艺的传承发展.
During the process of the skills inheritance of Li Tao,there are four problems:the products making are guided by market;the curricula of skills are presenting the fast-food style;local culture is disregarded;the relationship between teachers and students are mechanized.In fact,the attitude of the main ethnic groups towards different cultures,the views of the managers on traditional skills,the value differences among the ethnic groups and the administrative modes and methods are closely related to the emergence of the problems.In order to solve the problems of the skills inheritance of Li Tao,we need to pay close attention to the cultural self-consciousness and multicultural integration,and at the same time,take advantage of the adjustment education theory to promote the development of the skills inheritance of Li Tao in a right way.
