公安院校学科馆员服务模式创新

Innovation of Subject Librarians in Public Security Colleges and Universities

全国大部分“双一流”高校都拥有学科馆员服务,而公安类院校在这方面存在严重缺失,这阻碍了公安院校公安教育的发展。要争创“双一流”高校,公安院校必须创新学科馆员服务。针对传统学科馆员服务模式,结合当前公安类院校图书馆服务现状,应从服务对象、服务内容、队伍管理、激励机制等方面加强建设,提升学科馆员服务水平,充分发挥学校图书馆在公安人才培养中的作用。

Subject librarian service,common in most"double first-class"colleges and universities in China,is seriously imperfect in public security colleges and universities,which hinders the development of public security education.Therefore,it is necessary for these colleges and universities to innovate subject librarian service in the process of striving for"double first-class"colleges and universities.It is suggested to reform the traditional subject librarian service from the aspects of service object,service content,team building,incentive mechanism,etc.,so as to give full play of library.
