摘要
目的探讨2007-2018年不孕不育患者泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体(Uu)对常见临床一线抗生素的药敏规律。方法回顾分析2007-2018年在本院不孕不育科(生殖中心)诊断为不孕不育症并送皮肤性病科性病实验室的6516例患者的Uu临床药敏结果(敏感率、中介率和耐药率),其中男性2090例(32.1%),年龄22~56岁;女性4426例(67.9%),年龄20~46岁。所用抗生素包括米诺环素、多西环素、红霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素、罗红霉素、环丙沙星、司帕沙星和左氧氟沙星共计9种抗生素。结果6516例不孕不育患者泌尿生殖道分离的解脲脲原体临床株对上述9种抗生素的临床药敏结果不一,多西环素、米诺环素、克拉霉素和阿奇霉素占据敏感率前4位,左氧氟沙星、司帕沙星、罗红霉素和红霉素的中介率相对较高,而环丙沙星的耐药率尤其突出。结论应根据药敏结果规范化治疗不孕不育患者泌尿生殖道的Uu感染。
Objective To investigate antibiotic susceptibility of Ureaplasma urealyticum to common clinical first-line antibiotics in patients with infertility collected from 2007 to 2018.Methods A retrospective analysis of Ureaplasma urealyticum antibiotic susceptibility(sensitivity rate,intermediary rate and drug resistance rate)was made in 6516 patients who were diagnosed as infertility by Department of infertility(reproductive center)in the STD Laboratory of Department of Dermatology and Venereology in our hospital.Among them,2090(32.1%)were male(22-56 years old),4426(67.9%)were female(20-46 years old).Nine antibiotics were used,including minocycline,doxycycline,erythromycin,azithromycin,clarithromycin,roxithromycin,ciprofloxacin,sparfloxacin and levofloxacin.Results The sensitivity of Ureaplasma urealyticum isolates from 6516 patients with infertility to the above-mentioned nine antibiotics was different.Doxycycline,minocycline,clarithromycin and azithromycin occupied the top four sensitivity rates,while the intermediary rates of levofloxacin,sparfloxacin,roxithromycin and erythromycin were relatively high,and the resistance rate of ciprofloxacin was particularly prominent.Conclusion Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in genital tract of patients with infertility should be standardly d treated according to the results of antibiotic susceptibility.
