SIRT1调控卵泡发育、延缓卵巢衰老的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 SIRT1是酵母长寿基因沉默信息调节因子2(Sir2)的哺乳动物同源体,在生殖细胞和体细胞中均有表达,参与机体多项生理过程,如细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、能量代谢、DNA修复、抗氧化应激及炎症反应等。近年来,多项研究发现SIRT1在参与卵泡发育、延缓卵巢衰老方面发挥着重要作用,本文就此方面进行综述。
