摘要 交叉学科是在学术研究交叉领域的大背景下逐渐形成的新兴学科,是科学突破和创新的关键因素之一。当今社会科技进步和国计民生也常常涉及到不同学科的相互交叉和渗透。高度重视学科的交叉融合,是把握科学发展最前沿的重要保证,也是促进技术创新和人才培养的有力支撑。本文分析了交叉学科对学生培养的现状及重要性,并进一步对探索基于学科交叉为核心的教研复合型人才培养体系的实践进行了总结,旨在为交叉学科背景下的教研复合型人才培养体系的建立注入新的活力。 Interdisciplinarity is a new subject gradually formed under the background of the crossfield of academic research,and it is one of the key factors for scientific breakthrough and innovation.Nowadays,the development of science and society and national economy and people's livelihood often involve the intersection and penetration of different disciplines.In particular,the education of postgraduate student in the construction of innovative countries is to shoulder the important mission of cultivating innovative talents.Paying the great attention to the crossing disciplines is the guarantee of grasping the most advanced scientific development,and is also the strong support of promoting technological innovation and talent training.This paper analyzes the present situation and the importance of the crossing disciplines for cultivating the students,and further summarizes the practice of exploring the teaching and research complex talent training mode based on interdisciplinarity,which aims to inject new vitality into the establishment of the teaching and research complex talent training mode under the interdisciplinary background.
