摘要 针对河钢承钢2500 m^3高炉因检修而导致热风温度大幅降低,严重影响高炉稳定顺行的现状,通过提高热风炉烧炉效率、降低焦炭负荷和煤比、调整送风制度和装料制度等措施,炉温波动幅度显著减小,煤气利用率提升至48%以上,高炉产量逐渐恢复,保证了高炉在低风温条件下的稳定顺行。 The hot blast temperature of 2500 m^3 blast furnace in HBIS Chengsteel has been greatly reduced due to maintenance,which has seriously affected the smooth operation.Through improving the burning efficiency of the hot blast furnace,reducing the coke load and coal ratio,adjusting the air supply system and charging system and other measures,the fluctuation range of furnace temperature has been significantly reduced,the gas utilization rate has been increased to more than 48%,and the output of the blast furnace has been gradually restored,thus ensuring the BF stable operation under the condition of low wind temperature.
