摘要
针对MW级风机传动系统中变桨轴承失效的问题,研究变桨轴承的几何特性对于轴承设计优化有重要意义。以某3MW变桨轴承为研究对象,对钢球采用有限元简化模型进行非线性接触分析。以提高轴承结构强度与接触强度为目标,对轴承进行校核分析,优化轴承几何尺寸的方案,指导设计。
In view of the failure of pitch bearing in the drive system of MW fan,it is important to study the geometric characteristics of pitch bearing for bearing design optimization.Taking a 3MW pitch bearing as the research object,the nonlinear contact analysis of the ball is carried out by using the simplified finite element model.In order to improve the structural strength and contact strength of the bearing,the bearing is checked and analyzed,and the scheme of optimizing the geometric dimension of the bearing is used to guide the design.
