摘要
针对某双列角接触球轴承故障,建立故障树分析产生故障的原因。利用体视显微镜和扫描电镜等设备,对故障轴承内圈、外圈、保持架和钢球进行外观检查和能谱分析等分析工作,并结合adams动力学分析软件,对不同引导间隙对轴承工作性能的影响进行了分析,得出引起轴承故障的原因是,由于保持架内径尺寸低于下限、引导间隙变小造成保持架运转不稳定,从而引起异常磨损。在工艺上采取了相应措施,减少了保持架不合格品。最后结合Creo软件提出一种新型非接触式检测方法,有效地解决了此类故障。
In view of the failure of a double row angular contact ball bearing,a fault tree is established to analyze the cause of the failure.By means of stereomicroscope and scanning electron microscope,the visual inspection and energy spectrum analysis of the inner ring,outer ring,cage and steel ball of the faulty bearing are carried out.The influence of different guide clearance on the working performance of the bearing is analyzed with Adams dynamic analysis software.The reason for the bearing failure is that the inner diameter of the cage is lower than the lower limit and the smaller guide clearance leads to unstable operation of the cage,thus causing abnormal wear.Corresponding measures are taken in the process to reduce the unqualified products of cage.Finally,combined with Creo software,a new non-contact detection method is proposed.which can effectively solve this kind of fault.
