摘要
风电偏航与变桨轴承在加工过程中及成品验收时均需要对滚道直径进行测量。由于风电产品升级,滚动体尺寸变大,现有的测量工具已经无法很好满足滚道直径尺寸的测量,严重影响正常的生产进度。针对上述问题,对现有滚道直径测量尺结构进行了改进,提高了测量效率与测量精度,保证了加工质量。
The diameter of raceway should be measured during the processing and acceptance of wind power yaw and pitch bearings.Due to the upgrade of wind power products,the size of rolling body becomes larger,the existing measuring tools can not meet the measurement of the diameter of raceway,which seriously affects the normal production schedule.In view of the above problems,the structure of the existing raceway diameter measuring ruler is improved,the measuring efficiency and accuracy are improved,and the machining quality is guaranteed.
